24.01.2022 M O R E i s h M U E S L I F E E L S Breakfast is one of my favourite meals of the day and for good reason - it is the first meal after a long fast or time without eating, so its a great chance to be refuel the body and get the engine going, so to speak! I always start my day with a large glass of water. Sometimes warm water with a TBSN of Apple Cider Vinegar or freshly squeezed lemon juice to kickstart my digestion. I chase that with my liquid supplements tha...t provide me with all my vitamins, minerals and antioxidants to get through my day. Today, I felt like a juice. So I had a fresh beetroot, celery, carrot, lemon, ginger and apple juice and it was amaaazing! I felt completely revitalised especially after having had a few too many yummy Easter eggs yesterday. And then because Im about to go on a hike, I like a protein rich, low GI breakfast that will give me a continuous stream of energy. So I had a bowl of my muesli with fresh, local raspberries and strawberries from the farmers market with organic oat milk. Sooo delish! 22.01.2022 Perfect comfort food for this weather - Lamb Tagine with Tomatoes. Ras Al Hanout is one of my favorite spices and is what gives this baby all its flavour. Ill be serving this tonight with cous cous, yoghurt, fresh coriander and toasted almonds. Cant wait!

My Moroccan Chickpea with Roasted Carrots, Toasted Almonds, Coriander & Mint, served with Biodynamic Yoghurt & a Lemon, Honey & Cumin dressing. I havent made or eaten this in 5 years and today I finally understood why my regular customers were so excited to have me put this back on the menu. ... Its fucking FANTASTIC.

If you would like 1/2kg, 1kg or 1.5kg of my best selling MOREish Muesli made in the next few days, drop a comment below and Ill begin. I need to do a price list once Ive done a current food cost, so Ill send that to each individual who expresses interest and if youre happy to go ahead, well arrange a time for collection. ... My muesli is handmade, mostly organic and high in protein with lots of nuts and seeds keeping you full and your belly happy. Flavoured with coconut and cinnamon not to mention dried cranberries, apricots and muscatels, this is totally gourmet and insanely delicious breakfast experience. 19.01.2022 Raspberries pack a serious punch of vitamin C. They also happen to be one of my favourite fruits. What a little powerhouse of awesomness they are! Boasting a high source of dietary fibre, significant levels of phytochemicals such as anthocyanins & packed with antioxidants, these little ruby red guys are a great fruit to snack on or perhaps layer in a glass of muesli with yoghurt. And theyre just so damn cute! Yummo.

Love making homemade food that truly nourishes and is good for you too!

17.01.2022 I just made the BEST Southern Fried Chicken for dinner and oh my, oh my, oh my!! It was stupendous! Finger licking good. It was the first time Ive ever made it and yes not quite as healthy as one of my salads but you know what? Its all about balance. Sometimes you just need to have a crunchy, moist, home fried piece of chicken because it makes your soul sing!

09.01.2022 Cauliflower Gratin has always been a childhood favourite of mine, but tonight I raised the bar by roasting the cauliflower first which gave it the most beautiful flavour and texture. Bechamel sauce and gruyere to finish = heaven!

04.01.2022 A very special day today - my eldest daughter turned 6! To celebrate, I made a dual layer cake with a chocolate layer on the bottom, strawberry compote, cream Chantilly then the second layer which was my infamous award winning strawberry cake! Unbeknownst to the guests, I had the centre of the cake cut out and filled with Haighs chocolate covered macadamias which spilled out when we cut into it! The whole thing was masked with cream and decorated with fresh strawberries. So every slice had chocolate and strawberry cake in it - yummmm!
