22.01.2022 Happy Easter everyone! What an absolute delight it was working on this vintage Louis Vuitton backpack. This bag had been sitting in my clients closet for over a decade & the colour had completely faded. Now a decade later the bag has been fully recoloured to this gorgeous burgundy red As you can see I got a bit excited & did a colour change on the base of the bag without remembering to take a before photo but how great does it look now?

I have to say after the restoration, the bag looks like my client just bought it home from the shops Please note: The finish of the vachetta all depends on the severity of the leather when brought into the workshop. Some vachetta will turn out lighter than others etc.
