22.01.2022 COVID-19 Updated Guidelines - We are carefully monitoring the rapidly changing situation and following guidance from all government authorities. - If you are in a 14 day home isolation travel restriction or anyone in your household is (which makes your entire household in quarantine) please advise me immediately. We will not be carrying out your regularly cleaning. ... - If you or anyone in your residence are at home sick - please let me know as soon as possible. To keep our staff safe and well and as a precautionary method against the spread of COVID -19 we will not be carrying out your clean at that time. - If you are working from home, please stay in a designated room whilst we are there. That room will not be cleaned - If you have children at home, we will organise a time that suits to attend your house. We ask that you either stay in the back yard or go for an isolated adventure! - Our staff are wearing face masks and disposable gloves for each premises - We are using new hospital grade disinfectant floor and bathrooms cleaners - After the general clean we will wipe all high use areas and touch points with a hospital grade disinfectant spray (benchtops, doors, taps etc) - We are encouraging our team members to follow health authority best practices like frequent hand washing, social distancing, and staying home after work hours unless abiding by health guideline necessary to do so.
