13.01.2022 We enjoyed some nice tenderloin (eye fillet) last night. I carved off a few thick sections. Seared both sides and finished it off in the oven. Once it was cooked to our liking and rested. I sliced the eye fillet into small portions . It was so delish that all my kids had plenty of helpings.... Even though, 3 out of our 4, do not really like to eat a lot of meat. To my surprise I had not cooked enough. Accompanied by some lovey fresh veggies from hills fresh. A lovely restraunt quality meal at home and a lot more wallet friendly.
