This little beautiful follows an old school classic... a Melt & Mix recipe. Something we should all be able to do and if not read below for ways around - Substitutions!!! Our sweetened milk recipe is simply 1 part almond milk to 2 parts sugar brought to the boil and reduced. - Marie biscuits can be replaced with arrow biscuits or a similar vegan kind - Depending on the size of your tray will depends how thick it come out and how thick your icing will be so you may need to make more!
