25.01.2022 CHOCOLATE PEANUT BUTTER PROTEIN SHAKE Ingredients: 1 large ripe banana (previously peeled, sliced and frozen)... 1 scoop chocolate whey protein powder 1 Tbsp peanut butter 1-2 whole dates (pitted) 1 Tsp cacao powder or unsweetened cocoa powder 1 to 1 1/2 cups Almond milk 1 Tbsp honey 1/2 cup ice (optional) Method: - Add all ingredients except almond milk to the blender. - Add in almond milk 1/2 cup at a time, adding only enough to allow the ingredients to blend together. Add more for a thinner shake and less for a thicker shake. - Taste and adjust flavors, adding more banana or dates for sweetness, cacao for chocolate flavor, and peanut butter for saltiness. Optional: Add a handful of ice for extra thickness. - Enjoy

05.01.2022 Struggle to feel your lats when training your back? Try this single arm pull down exercise as an activation drill before doing your pull ups, lat pull downs or rows. If done right, I guarantee it will help you get more out of your workouts..... You will notice the slight rotation of my torso as I begin the exercise. This allows me to bring the muscle to a full stretch, increasing muscle fiber recruitment. As i pull the weight down towards my body, the elbow is tucked in and i rotate the torso back, dropping the shoulder slightly. This rotation allows the muscle to shorten all the way as it is working in line with the way the muscle fibers travel (attaches to the spine) and results in a great contraction. Make sure you pause and squeeze the muscle at its shortest state to get the most muscle fiber activation
