22.01.2022 It's all about the small daily actions babes. Don't get your self into an overwhelming state thinking you have to make a huge leap forward everyday. Start with the small things and I promise they will grow into the big things! What is a small task you can do today, that will push you forward? Mine is doing 15 minutes of reading my personal development book before bed, with the intention to learn something new! X

15.01.2022 The best thing about baking sweet treats at home is you have control over what goes in them. I often do juice cleanses and always feel guilty throwing away the pulp. so today I decided to use the leftovers to make this yummy carrot apple and ginger cake! Add a few exta ingredients to your pulp and voilà!

05.01.2022 Lost AF I usually feel like I've got this adulting thing - but lately, well the past 5 months, I’ve felt the need to crawl back into the womb and hide until it's safe to come out again. Frankly, sometimes this world is way too much to handle. This is mostly, because I have hit a new level of awareness of what is really important in life. I find myself asking questions like ‘Who the fuck am I?’ and ‘what actually makes ME happy?’ and ‘why does anything even matter?’ Now I ...know there are probably a whole heap of people, older and wiser than me whom have experienced this and would probably say ‘We all go through this phase of feeling lost’ or ‘searching for meaning’ at some point in our lives. Perhaps even multiple times, although I am hoping like hell that I'm done with it now, because not knowing your place in the world sucks! Here are some nuggets of wisdom I would have given my ‘lost AF self’ - hopefully it help my fellow lost comrades. You will probably find the things that used to make you happy, no longer make you happy, - so stop thinking that your previous vein shallow happiness outlet will give you the fix you need. No, new shiny things won't do it for you anymore, so save your money. Follow the passion - if anything inside of you lights up at a thought of something - chase it like your life depends on it - because it does. This alone can be enough to guide you to your purpose. Work out. Get your ass moving, this can be hard if you are lost because everything seems mildly pointless and the idea of going to the gym probably feels particularly vein. - do it anyway. Regularly!!. I’m pretty sure the reason for that is obvious, but if not you just have to trust me on this one! It will pass. I have felt at times like I have been free falling in a void for an eternity. searching for the answers - to what exactly, I don't know, but I am hoping for a spark, maybe it will magically ignite something that will spring me into some type of purposefulness. I don't know how many youtube videos and/or self help books I have indulged in, all to no avail or resolution to the feeling of lost. The truth is, when you are lost like I have been the information will fall on deaf ears, so, unfortunately it has to come from within. So start paying close attention to your thoughts. They are literally a map of your future, ask yourself what would your life look like if you were not lost AF and you might find that you stop free falling. Peace out Xx
