10.01.2022 Our friends at Toowoomba Family Vets are supporting the Flynn's walk. It's an important initiative to raise awareness of the importance of mental health among veterinarians. They are often confronted with difficult situations where they are unable to save pets lives, not because they can't treat them but because it's unaffordable for the owners or other reasons. 08.01.2022 Sadly, we lost our good friend Ashley Clymo, the previous owner of Toasted Cafe. If you attended our earlier Paint, Sip & Nibble sessions at Toasted Cafe and the Scouts Hall last year you will likely have met Ashley. He was the most generous soul with a gorgeous smile, so full of life. We are deeply saddened by his loss and will miss him forever. If you met Ashley and would like to say goodbye, please join the Brisbane Memorial Service on 7 December.

08.01.2022 We met with Vanessa and Juanita from the Ferny Grove State School and donated all our former Paint, Sip and Nibble class supplies to be used in their environmental art class program. With our exclusive focus on commissioned pet art, we wanted to support our community by donating tons of canvasses, easels, paint, brushes and other art materials so they can be used by the children in their creative endeavours. The school runs a special art program as an alternative to Friday sport from their beautiful outdoor kitchen garden. All the kids use the space for arts and crafts, they learn about growing vegetables and feed the chicken in their very own chicken coop! We hope they will get lots of use and joy out of it.

Katie, the beautifully natured German Shepherd has been impounded since May this year and the council is not letting her go, and her family are restricted in visiting her.
