21.01.2022 As we wave goodbye to 2020, I just wanted to take a moment to steal the page back from our regular post creators, Suzanne and Bridgit, to give a personal thank you to some amazing people for their support this year. While we were one of the lucky businesses that was able to remain open, many of our practitioners in the clinic were unable to work for many months. I want to send them a huge thank you for hanging in there during what was an incredibly tough time for them, an...d also for calling in to check on how we were going here, despite how I know they must have been feeling themselves. I also want to thank those practitioners that were still working. They carried a heavy burden at times of trying to treat far more people than normal due to the restrictions on many other modalities. Some of them barely took a day off and while I know they were super grateful to be working, I also know they were relieved to be able to take a few days off once the restrictions were eased! We have the most amazing bunch of practitioners here who are thoughtful, considerate and compassionate people who honestly feel like family to me. To the reception/store team - words can't describe the gratitude I have for you. You guys are the best. You just seem to know what I need before I do! Every time a new restriction was announced you guys were in touch with me before the press conference had barely even ended to see how you could help. And lastly to our incredibly loyal customers. Thank you to each and every one of you who supported the small businesses in our community who desperately needed your help this year. Thank you for shopping in our store, for flooding the phones for appointments as soon as you were able to come back, and for respecting the restrictions that helped get us all to where we are now. The Somerville community are one of a kind! Here's hoping that 2021 is a little more 'normal' than 2020. Beck
