18.01.2022 Day 1: add 1-2 drops of lemon in your water for cleansing. Only use glass or stainless steel with essential oils. Also remember our oils are very concentrated, so dont go adding 20 drops thinking youre doing the right thing. Start with one, taste then add another. 2 drops in a standard glass is perfect . When its cold I also live this in boiled water thats cooled down enough to drink.

What you will need:... 3 tablespoons coconut oil 1 tablespoon olive oil 8 drops dTERRA essential oils (suitable for topical use) Some essential oil suggestions include Lavender, Rosemary, Geranium, and Clary Sage. You can use one or all of the essential oils in your deep conditioner. Instructions: 1. Put coconut oil, olive oil, and essential oils in mixing bowl. 2. Mix with an electric hand mixer or blender on medium/high speed for five minutes or until ingredients are whipped to a thick and creamy consistency. 3. Once whipped, apply to clean, dry hair. 4.
