25.01.2022 Every day you arrive at the pit at Fort Largs, is another day to put your heath up in your priorities. The clean air is a big plus !!!

23.01.2022 4Pm. Another 2 days off then returning to the pit to see two men already hard at it. A warm one today !! Phew !! Not a time for talking(when training here usually), I proceeded to break the standard rules and ventured out to ask one of the fellows what the point of timing yourself was ??? This fellow replied to me: "3 hard laps is worth 6 slow ones in calorie burning". Gave me a laugh :)... He then said "See you later" and went off for his last lap ! Clocked 2minutes 30something he did. Said it was a PB !! (Personal best). On such a warm day I think that deserved acclaim !! 18.01.2022 4:30Pm Sunday 9th MARCH Hot and testing on the mind and body. Some can do 10 laps in these conditions. Not I. Not yet. In fact today it beat me !! You really gotta go to this place in the right frame of mind !!!!!!!!!!!!!!! And that's true in most arenas !! I congratulate all who ventured out to here some time today ! See some of you tomorrow !

10.01.2022 MArch 8th 2014 Ok. When I got to the SNAKE PIT FORT LARGS Lady Gowrie Drive The Esplanade at dusk, on Friday night(last night), and walked to the WARMING UP PAD(EXERCISE EQUIP AREA) anyone including myself could expect to get in a mere one lap just scraping by with help of moonlight. Then you realise another pair train into the night light also. Breeding tough minds and bodies here !! I just ran in the dark I know my way around the track paths now anyway !! Keep up your training fellow athletes! We don't over-train but we forge our bodies through hours of dedicated consistent training at the snake pit !

08.01.2022 Warm days in April. Hearts on fire running this track today! Some will jog for same benefit. Some will walk. For welfare benefit.

07.01.2022 Do not SIMPLY attend a class when you are able to train with in the abundant benefits of nature. Sun, rain, scented air, speakered music free ! Tell me more !!

06.01.2022 Wed 12th 2014. 9:30Am. Start line and finish line ! Which is which truly ? I see most people head off anticlockwise [FROM WHERE SHOWN IN PHOTO HERE], and it really matters only what suits you !! Getting used to a certain thing will make one feel more zoned in ! For example some people feel they need a stopwatch on their wrist, others train better without that !

05.01.2022 Gaining health and fitness before sunset. Children growing into adults. Enjoyed ! There were a handful of people about tonight.

02.01.2022 7:30 Pm And a pleasant sight to see three Primary school aged children getting down doing SIX(6) laps. This family of children asked to be taken there by their Father earlier in the day to train by the way !! And also another pair of gents were still cruising on their sixth lap when I left, all the while talking in normal breathing in light conversation as they ran together LoL. Something I cannot do !!... Between 7:30 and 8 Pm, another 4 gents dropped in for some laps of the track tonight too. Pink sky at sunset on the horizon and from the SNAKE PIT FORT LARGS Lady Gowrie Drive The Esplanade can be seen a big cruise ship is in docked at Outer Harbour again. Diamond Princess ???
