09.01.2022 Stage 3 A new opportunity opens up!! The federal government’s $25K new home builder grant is great timing for Stage 3 of The Paddock. This third stage will consist of 1x3BR house and 3x2BR houses. We hope to sign up buyers off the plan by early July and to start building soon after, for completion around August 2021.... A 2BR house will cost $599K LESS the $25K grant LESS first home buyers discount of $20,000 if eligible. There is also an appreciable savings in stamp duty* when buying off the plan. The 3BR house will cost $699K LESS the $25K grant LESS First Home Buyers Grant if eligible. A site visit will be held on Saturday 28th and Sunday 29th Juneand again the following Saturday the 5th and Sunday the 6th July.
