21.01.2022 Today we collaborated with @theborrowedtable_co to provide morning tea boxes for a Red Cross event These boxes highlight some of our greatest hits - the Nutella Croissant, Lemon Meringue Tart & Macarons

19.01.2022 A sentimental stop tonight at William Creek. Most of you may have known of my grandparents Harry & Helga - a few decades ago they owned the William Creek Hotel. Papa built the restaurant here out of old Ghan railway sleepers, and the fireplace here looks very Nanny like @ William Creek Hotel

19.01.2022 Treated ourselves to a hotel last night in Adelaide, so tonight’s the official start to the camping trip! I’m learning to read maps and take in the scenery Thanks to a lovely customer for providing me with my first camping drink #drinkingfromthebottle @ Quorn, South Australia

As one of our amazing girls will be finishing up with us in the next few weeks to begin her journey into motherhood , we are on the lookout for someone to fill her boots and join our team. Must be great with customers, either knows how/or we can teach you how to make goooood coffee and have a bright, bubbly personality ... 12.01.2022 Just a heads up that the boss lady has organised a little time off before the crazy season! And it’ll be just in time to welcome our Victorian friends back at the start of December! This tourism season is going to be crazy & like no other, so a bit of rest is in order

11.01.2022 Kids cakes aren’t really my forte, but I’m always more than happy to create a blank canvas for you to pop figurines/toys on to create the theme you are after How’s this stunner from today??

09.01.2022 We’ve crossed the border into the NT Uluru National Park reopened, so we stopped in at Curtin Springs Cattle Station Campground for the night before heading off to see Uluru the next morning. I was completely blown away by just how large it actually is! Definitely a must see if you pass through the Red Centre @ Uluru

09.01.2022 Absolutely smitten with this little number

08.01.2022 Let me introduce you to the Nutella Croissants cousin This is the humble, yet utterly delicious Cinnamon Apple & Cream Croissant She will rival any Apple Turnover you’ve ever had I just had to cut this one (for business purposes obviously)

08.01.2022 It’s known that a baker rarely ever shares their bakers secrets I’ve made an exception for my sister living in the USA during this pandemic! The home comforts of sausage rolls and pasties are pretty well non-existent in America so I’ve shared a few of my secret recipes so she can make them at home! And I think she’s nailed them, for someone who’s always been better at studying than baking She even reckons they taste like mine, so I must be an alright teacher ... Feast your eyes on her version of our famous vegetable pastie and pork, apple and fennel sausage roll @ Lawrence, Kansas See more

08.01.2022 Holidays are over, I’ve been madly prepping! Ready to open for you guys mid week
