25.01.2022 To all my couples and future couples this is a difficult time for you, if you wish to get married at this point in time these are the guidelines from the govern...ment that every Crlebrant has to abide to. Please feel free to contact me with any questions you may have. In response to COVID-19, the Governments of Australia are meeting on a regular basis as a National Cabinet and implementing measures to combat the spread of the virus. In the measures announced by the Prime Minister on 24 March 2020, which will take effect from 11.59 Wednesday 25 March, the solemnisation of a marriage is to occur with a maximum attendance of no more than five people, being the two parties, the authorised marriage celebrant, and the two witnesses. Social distancing of 1 person per 4 square metres is to be enforced. This applies to marriages both indoors and outdoors. We have been receiving a range of enquiries regarding whether requirements in the Marriage Act 1961 will be relaxed during this time. For example, whether a marriage can be solemnised remotely eg via Skype. The answer is no. All marriages still need to be solemnised in accordance with the Marriage Act, without exception. A marriage must be solemnised in the physical presence of an authorised celebrant and two witnesses. Shortening of time requests need to be directed to prescribed authorities the list is available here. Circumstances for authorising marriages despite late notice are set out in Schedule 3 of the Marriage Regulations 2017.

21.01.2022 This made my day Oh Caroline, you really went above and beyond. I can't thank you enough for all your help and support leading up to our big day and during the ...ceremony. Everything was thought of, nothing was left to chance and you supported me so much with changing my name after the wedding! Turns out all my other friends are still figuring out how to get their official marriage licence, but you managed to make sure we had all the paperwork done in preparation and all the forms to start the process! Thank you so much, I'll be recommending you to all my friends. See more
21.01.2022 Always lovely when you get feed back
20.01.2022 This made my day We were meant to be married 16/4/2020 but it is postponed - but we still decided to get married this year among family as my dad is ill and it was important to us for him to be there. After the announcement about 5 people or less due to COVID I called Caroline, and she dropped everything and changed our ceremony on the spot to cater for us, so that we could have our family and witnesses with us (11 including the couple!). It was absolutely so perfect and special - not at all how we'd planned! But Caroline adapted, solved our problem, and effectively re-jigged our ceremony on the spot for us. She is kind, compassionate, and so efficient! We were so blessed to have her do this for us - and I cannot wait for Caroline to renew our vows when we have our 'big' wedding in 2021! Nicole T.

17.01.2022 Two very small weddings yesterday before the 5 people rule came in at 12 midnight. We all were very respectful of the social distances. Not easy but interesting, congratulations to both couples, who I will look forward to doing a renewal of vows ceremony with the big party next year.
