E3MOM 1- Bench Press x 5( 85% 3RM)... 2- Pull Up x5 3- 4/8/12 cals Bike X5 rounds 1- BB Deadlift x5 (70%-80%) 2- KB swings x10 3- Push ups x15 X5 Rounds FINISHER 100m/150m/200m Run 15 x weighted sit ups. Starting the week off with a bang! 10 classes on the timetable today

18.01.2022 There is always a focus and purpose in our sessions. No session is ever the same and we are always progressing you to lift stronger, get fitter and feel healthier! Every session is suited to all fitness levels SO get up, show up and put in the work.... you can make everyday a WINNER. Repost from @coach.conway ... Solid class today We had 4x 400m/600m runs throughout the session. Focus today was the running and continuing to run at a certain pace under fatigue. We were aiming for our running to stay a quicker pace than our 2km time trial pace. My personal aim was to keep 3:25-3:30 pace in my 600m runs. After each run we had 3 different stations to get through. After each 12 min block we had 90sec to rest and get our Heart rate down before we ran again. An Overall solid session which ended up with 771 cals and 23 minutes over 80% HR.

Ethan has secured himself a full time teaching position at Mount St. Joseph’s All his hard work at University has paid off and we are super proud of him. We will miss him taking our classes and running his own PT business. He will still be around and jumping into our classes so you can all look forward to training beside him now! A big thanks to you Ethan for all your work with us over the years and we wish you all the best in your next chapter
