03.01.2022 It’s warming up folks some tips for helping your pets cope in the heat - water and lots of it numerous buckets or bowls placed in their area - ice made in ice cream containers for dogs water, ice water bottles/ ice bricks for hutches - frozen corn kernels are great for poultry to snack on ... - misters or a spray bottle of cool water for your caged birds - move pets to shaded areas in your yard and give the ground a spray down with the hose - if at all possible bring pets inside through the heat of the day - if you can’t bring pets in try and give them access to a fan or aircon.
