25.01.2022 Our very first banquet. From the smiles and flowing compliments from our guests, it was a success. Lots of delicious freshly prepared food in a family style table setting. On the menu last we night we started with delicious dips and heavenly Haloumi, followed with fabulous silver-beet , olive and feta pastry parcels. Then out came an oven baked Lebanese frittata. For salads we served fresh made Tabouleh and Fattoush followed with tender herb crusted roast lamb served with Battat Harra (coriander lemon potato) and minted yoghurt. Finishing of the night with Kanefe and Lebanese coffee. Meet your fellow diners and break the ices over a delicious dip! Keep in touch to find out when our second event will be!
