06.01.2022 Yep Sourdough Pastry prep day again, we use our Sourdough Croissant pastry for all our pastry items each Saturday from Croissants to Sausage rolls. Why do we use Western Star? Not all butters are the same, so we only use Western Star butter because it doesn’t have water as one of the ingredients.
