14.01.2022 In particular.."The establishment of designated cultural precincts, adopted from Brisbane, means areas with established live music and cultural activities cannot be subsequently subject to noise restrictions as new residential developments encroach, and gives venues that offer live music to patrons extended trading hours and as much as an 80% discount on licensing fees"

12.01.2022 Announcement. Live events at the Polo are still constrained by the current ACT Govt Covid-19 restrictions which effectively limit any event in the venue to less than 40 people. As a consequence live music events are still on hold. We are hopeful this changes soon but in the meantime if you want to increase the likelyhood of community transmission, just go to Bunnings or Woolies. Unlike the arts, they seem to be completely risk free.
