They are not compulsory. They are provided for all of our registered athletes that want to better develop their skills. 15.01.2022 RUNNING NIGHT CANCELLED We have made the decision to cancel tonight’s running night due to the impending weather. The gusty change has hit The Ponds, and looking at the radar there looks to be quite a bit of rain behind it. The safety of all of our athletes and parents is always the most important part of any of our decisions. Stay safe and have a great weekend.

12.01.2022 Program A - Friday 13th November 2020 http://www.thepondslac.com.au//TPLAC-PROGRAM-A-Season-2020 We will also hold our 200m/300m Hurdles from 8:30pm for any interested U13-U17 athletes. (Meet at the circle track computer at 8:20pm)... COVID reminder: Only 1 parent per child All parents to sign in using the QR code which will be on display around the buildings and enter the total number of your group attending the field Only committee members, age managers and the 4 parent helpers per group will be allowed to enter the field All parents must watch from the concrete circular path around the field and maintain a 1.5m social distancing. Athletes to have their own labelled drink bottle. They may also carry a backpack around with them if this is easier. Wash and sanitise your hands before and after your allocated session. If you are unwell, or have visited a COVID hotspot in the past 14 days, please DO NOT ATTEND. Once your age group has completed the program, promptly leave the ground. We thank everyone for their cooperation.

12.01.2022 The count down is on to our next season. We will commence on the 16th October But we need AGE MANAGERS. We only have a handful so far and each group must have an age manager and assistant in order to run. We are running an info night on the 15th October down at Peel Reserve. (Will advise time shortly) Please message us through the page if you would like to assist us.

11.01.2022 The countdown is on till our first running night!!! The 16th October will be the start of our 4th Season. Still limited places available for registration so be sure to lock in your child's spot. Perfect way to keep fit over the summer months and get the kids away from their computer screens The Ponds offer full training on a tuesday night (You pick and choose which workshop your child would like to attend)... No experience needed as we cater for all levels. We offer running, throwing and jumps. We are Covid Safe and have the Covid Tick from both NSW health and Little Athletics NSW. Our season may look a little different this season but still as always our main focus is to HAVE FUN in a safe manner. - Athletes will need a backpack to carry their water bottle and hand sanitiser as we will not have the age buckets this season - Age Managers will need 2-3 helpers each night BEFORE they leave the hill so please ensure you help out. - All parents will not be allowed onto the field this season. We ask all parents to sit on the other side of the walking track in a social distant manner. We know our tiny tots will want to see their parents and parents can volunteer to be an age manager or assistant for the night. - We are splitting our sessions into two. Tiny Tots, 6, 7, 8 will all start 5:30-6:30. All other athletes will commence at 7pm - Our canteen will be operating but in a covid safe manner so we ask everyone to ensure they queue on the crosses provided - Everyone will need to sign in with our QR code (PLEASE LOG OUT AFTER EACH SESSION TO ENSURE THE NUMBERS ARE CORRECT)

05.01.2022 The countdown is on to our first patch collection which to make it is as easy as possible will be a drive through. (Peel Reserve 2pm - 4pm Sunday 20th September) To assist us in the drive thru process, can you please have your Surname and athlete name/s on a piece of paper and on display on the windscreen. Can we please also ask that you have a copy of your email receipt or the email open on your phone in case we need to confirm the registration. If you have registered prior... to 10pm Saturday 19th September your pack will be ready for collection. If you register from Sunday, our next patch collection day will be Sunday 11th October. Uniforms will also be available (They will not be drive through but will be just outside the shed so please park after getting your rego packs) Due to covid restrictions our change rooms will be unavailable but we will have samples available. Uniform prices are $40 each piece. We also have Girls Korkers available. (Please see attached photo) We will have eftpos facilities and would appreciate contactless payments We will also have the 2019/20 season medals/trophies also available for collection for those families who missed our prior Trophy Collection Day. Please note uniform sales and rego packs will not be available during our Friday running nights.
