When is the last time you discovered something about yourself that you didn't know was possible? When is the last time you stepped through your reasons and concerns and excuses and did something that terrified and thrilled you? The people in this photo have experienced all of the above in 6 short weeks They range in ages from 25 to 67, most of them hadn't exercised for YEARS before commencing the November program Some of them travelled up to 35min one way to be there for themselves and the group Most of them have signed up to do it all over again in January 2021 so I've had to increase the size of the group How will you start 2021?

09.01.2022 Were back in the Studio and pumped to be able to offer you personal training and small group (max of 4) training sessions while we're in the Level 2 phase of ISO What do you need right now to get back to life? A pep talk?... A body composition scan so you can see where all the comfort food has landed and a plan to release it? A functional assessment to work out where all the extra aches and pains are coming from and a program to balance your body? A home based exercise program with an accountability coach because you found out the hard way you didnt have the motivation to train by yourself? One on one sessions to get you back into a training routine so you can hit the ground running when your gym opens again? Small group training sessions so you can interact with different human beings and have an adult conversation? Anything else? PS: We have a stringent COVID 19 cleaning protocol, all visits are strictly supervised and the number of people permitted in the space is limited to 5... ie 1 x trainer + 4 x participants.
