10.06.2022 COVID update: We are now offering a mixture of in-person and telehealth appointments. The government has announced that masks are mandatory for in-person appointments until at least the end of February (except for medical exemptions). We are a COVIDSafe business so please ask for a telehealth appointment if you have any symptoms and follow all advice provided by NSW Health at https://www.nsw.gov.au/covid-19. We've found telehealth to be a very effective and flexible way to co...ntinue psychology appointments when you can’t attend in-person. Telehealth means you have the option of continuing with your appointment by video or phone. Using Zoom for video conferencing appointments has been especially helpful. It’s a very easy program to use, it’s quick to sign up, and it’s free. Zoom have some very helpful resources to support you using it effectively. See more

16.01.2022 This Way Up - an online initiative of the Clinical Research Unit for Anxiety and Depression, UNSW and St. Vincent’s Hospital, Sydney are offering their online courses for free during COVID-19. They track their course outcomes with research and say across our courses for anxiety and depression, 80% of users see improvement, 50% to the point of no longer being troubled by anxiety or depression. 15.01.2022 I am please to say we are open for in-person appointments again from Monday 1st June. Everyone will still have the option of in-person or telehealth during this period of easing COVID-19 restrictions.
