23.01.2022 #onthisday in 2003, we launched our sophomore release "A.S. It Is". Wow, has it really been 16 years?? Dedicated to the late Andy Simmons, these tracks have his signature drum beats woven deep into the groves, along with some catchy vocal lines and guitar hooks. It's also the first recording with long-time Nitidus producer Adrian Hannan. Long since out of print, we've blown the dust off and given "A.S. It Is" a digital upgrade. 22.01.2022 Things get blurry backstage Here Adam was spotted sharing a cold brew with the one and only Jon Stevens after a rollicking night of rock n' roll in March of 2008. It was our last show before Patrick moved back home to New Zealand, so there was no holding back that night. Couldn't think of a better send off than sharing a stage with Aussie rock legends Noiseworks and The Choirboys... That skeletal pony painting in the background seemed appropriate for today, good times as always at the Pony bar in Melbourne back in November of 2006. Fun fact: The Pony is known for late night fun, as it is one of the last bars in town still open in the small hours. This was a major influence in the song "Ride The Pony" by the band Riff Fist, who have a drummer you may recognise.
