17.01.2022 Family Camp 2020 Sunday Bus Signup! If you can't make it to Family Camp for the weekend and would like a ride to the Sunday service on the hill, then please register for a Bus ticket at www.thereddoor.cc/familycamp Tickets are $15. 15.01.2022 Hey Red Door Family You may have heard the announcement from the WA Government earlier this week regarding the easing of Phase 4 restrictions. In light of this announcement we wanted to give you an update on where we currently stand regarding our church gatherings. Effectively Phase 5 has been taken off the table, and what was announced instead was an extension to Phase 4. The current restrictions now state that selected venues that predominantly hold seated events are e...xempt from the 2 square metre rule. These selected venues will be permitted to reach up to 60 per cent of their usual maximum capacity for seated and ticketed performances. The specific venues include: theatres, concert halls, auditoriums/amphitheatres, cinemas, comedy lounges and performing arts centres. These venues are deemed ‘low risk’ as they are seated and ticketed. What is not clear at this stage is if this extension includes churches. If it does include churches it would mean we would be able to increase our capacity in unit 4 from 150 to 250 people. Currently a number of government officials are working hard to get clarity on this matter. In light of the above, this Sunday the 25th October we will continue with HouseChurch as usual, along with the 4pm Word, Worship and Prayer service for a maximum of 150 people in unit 4, and 100 in units 5 and 6 (for youth and stomping ground). If church gatherings are included in the list of specific venues we will plan to hold a 10am and 4pm service on the 1st November 2020. In the mean time we encourage you to connect to a HouseChurch. 14.01.2022 Registrations close tomorrow for church camp. So don’t miss out. If you are coming and you are keen to demonstrate your talent, singing, playing an instrument or your dynamite dancing like Napoleon, then come prepared with your own equipment, backing tracks etc, that you can plug into the audio system on Saturday night. Thanks Ben for last years highlight of the night.

14.01.2022 This Sunday there will be no HouseChurch content provided, rather on the 22nd of November down at our usual spot at the Woodman Point Playground & BBQ Area (www.tiny.cc/picnicspot) we will be gathering at 10am for Babies, Baptisms & Picnic Blankets. We will be dedicating a number of young ones and praying for parents, and then doing a number of baptisms down at the beach. After we will spend some time hanging out and enjoying a picnic together, please bring all you need for lunch. We want this to be an all-in family affair. There will also be an opportunity for prayer at the prayer tent. In addition to the above, we will be gathering at 4pm service that Sunday or Word, Worship and Prayer as usual at 4/33 Hammond Road.

14.01.2022 Hey Church Family While we still can’t yet gather indoors as a whole church family in our full numbers, there’s nothing stopping us from congregating in the great outdoors. Yay! So, how about we gather together for another picnic? Oh yes please, we hear you cry. In addition to the picnic we are also going to do Baby Dedications. This year has been the season of babies. Last count was 14 new Red Door babies born so far this year. That’s a lot so we would love the opportunit...y to conduct a Dedication service as part of the picnic. Finally, it’s been quite a while since we’ve done baptisms so we’re going to be doing baptisms down at the beach as well. This grand event, that we are entitling Babies, Baptisms & Picnic Blankets, will be happening on the 22nd of November down at our usual spot at the Woodman Point Playground & BBQ Area (www.tiny.cc/picnicspot) at 10am. We want this to be an all-in family affair so there won’t be any HouseChurch, but we will be gathering at 4pm service that Sunday or Word, Worship and Prayer as usual. If you are the parents of one of those 14 babies and you’d like to have your precious bub dedicated, then please contact Janessa ([email protected]) and let her know. If you would like to get baptised, please contact Barbara ([email protected]). Barb will be conducting a baptism preparation class on Sunday 8th and the 15th of November at 2.45pm at Red Door, in the Parent’s Room. Can’t wait to see you all there!
