14.01.2022 No sport for our children If they are up for a core strength session we are looking forward to challenging their fit little bodies ! Exercise prescription Integrated around their chosen sport . Classes are rebatable through your health insurance. ... Classes for 30 minutes and 3 maximum in a class . Next week Tuesday 4pm Saturday 9am First week of school holidays times to be announced on Monday 23/3! Children are easily spread around a 4sq metre social distance environment . $15/class . Please share !!
