17.01.2022 The latest episode of my podcast Relatable is now available. . In this weeks episode I have a very special guest, whom I greatly live and admire. . Elsie Spittle is an author and spiritual teacher who has spent over 40 years helping people uncover the depth of their own wisdom and in doing so improve the quality of their lives.... . I had the pleasure of meeting Elsie a few years ago on a trip to Salt Spring Island in British Columbia. . Elsie has a delightful way of sharing the formless, spiritual energy behind life and in this conversation we look at how we are constantly being mentored and guided by the intelligence behind life which we call Mind and how this is so important when it comes to the quality and depth of our relationships. . I know you will love this episode, it is literally loaded with gems about the power and simplicity of life. . Podcasts.Apple.com/au/podcast/relatable/id1515456347 See more

16.01.2022 Being in partnership with life is something that came up with my mentee today as well as at my monthly Meetup group last night. So I thought I would chat about it today. I see so many people unwittingly resisting life and therefore not in partnership with it. Being in partnership with life beings a richness and presence to your ‘now’ moments that are so beautifully impactful. Which is great for relationships and so good for the soul.

16.01.2022 I spent some quality time with my gorgeous dad yesterday. . It was so stunning that I thought I would share some pictures with you. . We are in month 7 of lockdown here so haven’t had a chance to see each other much. ... . It was so lovely to be in nature, to feel the sun on my skin, to spend time with my dad and our pooches. He has a gorgeous greyhound called Ella and I have a mini labradoodle called Remy. . They are quite the pair! . We went for a long walk along the cliff tops of one of my favourite beaches. . So very, very, good for the soul. . Being in nature abs grounding myself is how I regenerate, mentally, emotionally and spiritually so I can show up the way I really want to. . What do you do to regenerate? . I would love to know what matters to you and how you feed your heart and mind. . Feel free to comment below.

15.01.2022 I love this. I think it sums up so many things that I am pointing to in my work. When you can see "thought" in action, when you realise your own true nature, that there is far less for you to actually make happen and that it's already happening for you. Your mind slows down, your heart opens, your egocentric mind quietens and you naturally see how connected you already are to everything around you. And you remember, that you already are what you are looking for no matter w...hat has happened in your past or what may or may not happen in your future. All of which transforms relationships. x

09.01.2022 This popped up in my newsfeed today as a memory when I was with my children at The Melbourne Show 4 years ago. . I’m sharing it here my not only because it’s pretty funny, I’m leaning back, holding on for dear life and praying for the ride to end. . My children on the other hand are leaning in, joyfully embracing the moment and hoping it lasts as long as as possible. ... . I’m also sharing this because it struck me, that this is also a metaphor for life. . You cannot cleanse the darkness in your life by leaning back and holding on, by trying to control your experience or controlling the experience of the people around you. . You cannot overcome sadness, fear, anger, worry, guilt, shame, resentment, regret, with more of the same. . YOU CAN NOT. . These emotions operate at a low vibrational frequency and only attract more of the darkness no matter how deserving you may think you are or not. We are always receiving at the vibrational level at which we operate. . Love is a much, much, higher vibrational frequency, love brings in the light and it’s the light that transmutes emotions and allows room for something new. . You are deeply, deeply, loved no matter what you have done, no matter what you have said, no matter what you are going through. . Your journey is to transmute those lower level energies into something else and you cannot do that by judging, analysing and critiquing yourself or others. Simply because these things are not a vibrational match to love. . You are love, lean in to life, trust in your divinity and follow your own truth, even if you feel afraid, even if the people in your life don’t like it. . All is well. . I love you.

06.01.2022 How beautiful are these earrings my hubby bought me for our wedding anniversary? . They are from one of my favourite artisan jewellers @paird.com.au. . He heard me mention the name of these earrings months ago, noted the name down and when he went to buy them, discovered they were no longer available on their website. ... . So he emailed Paird direct and they were so kind as to find him a pair and organise for him to get them in time for our anniversary. . They are absolutely stunning. . Lucky me. See more

05.01.2022 A very warm welcome to my newest subscribers and some relationship tips for the holidays

05.01.2022 Do you have a partner with a mental illness? I often have clients ask me about how to deal with a partner who has a mental illness. . Which is why in this very special episode of Relatable, I share the incredible story of how a humble, strong and courageous woman navigated her way through her husband's mental illness. ... Kari Froiland's story is raw and honest and in many ways deeply loving. And I know will be enlightening and invaluable for those of you who may be dealing with mental illness in your own relationship or know someone who is. The link to the episode is in my bio. . Living with someone who has a mental illness can at times be a lonely, frightening and overwhelming experience. . I am so grateful to Kari for so generously sharing her story with us. . Please share this episode if you think it will be helpful to someone you know and as always I would very much appreciate a review in itunes. . Feel free to share anything that jumped out at you from listening to this episode below. . I’d love to hear from you. . Much love. https://podcasts.apple.com/au/podcast/relatable/id1515456347

04.01.2022 Please remember you don’t need to manage your experience. Emotions are simply energy, nothing more, nothing less. They are not things you need to conquer, change, fix or overcome. As soon as you do this you are adding thought to thought. ... If you are valuing one state of mind over another, it’s a slippery, slippery, slope. Because you will always reject the state of mind you don’t want to have. We are designed to experience it all, this is the journey of being human. Life is just a series of experiences. As soon as we judge our experience as good, bad, right, wrong, ok, not ok, we resist what is and as soon as we do this, we create more suffering for ourselves. Which is neither right nor wrong, simply something for us to notice. Our mind is free when we allow experience to flow through us, which is what we are designed for it to do. Whatever that experience maybe. Sending you all love.
