02.01.2022 A Cappella Treat... from our lovely teacher Sally Singing "Inanay, in recognition of the final day of Reconciliation Week. The wonderful Lou Bennet, whose band, Tidas brought this beautiful song to light a few decades ago, gave her blessing for the song to be used in our Tambourine collection. In October last year Gillian and Music Togethers CEO Susan Darrow were privileged to deliver a cheque to Worawa Aboriginal College in Healesville in her honour.

01.01.2022 So cool! UNICEF put out a call to the global public, asking people to submit videos of themselves dancing to the song in their homes and gardens, tagging @UNICEFAfrica, with the hashtag #NoPataPata. All submissions were created while observing various COVID-19 lockdown, containment and curfew rules. Submissions from young and the young at heart were received from Australia, Austria, Cameroon, Ethiopia, Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania, Burundi, Zambia, Zimbabwe, Mozambique, Eswati...ni, Malawi, UK, Italy, Spain, Portugal, Russia, Nigeria, Slovenia, Slovakia, USA, India, UAE, Japan, Senegal, and of course, Makebas homeland of South Africa, and Kidjos homeland, Benin.
