I got too excited about making it I didn’t read the tip about doubling the ANZAC Slice (BCB), soooo hence the portions (oh what a shame about double the caramel I know ). 08.01.2022 Can confirm my little kitchen lady gets pretty excited about her Rusks (the face says it all ). So simple, like 2 ingredients, 2 steps simple. Hence why it is one of a handful of things I make that are not on Cookidoo You can use any type of rice, including brown rice which has also been a hit. And a variation of fruit, but if you’re not using banana make sure the other fruit is already puréed. I used frozen banana this time because I don’t have fresh and it turned out gr...eat, just needed a tiny bit longer blending. I’ve also made them with mango, and was thinking I’ll try pear, or a combination, for my next batch. 06.01.2022 Over the weekend we jumped on the Dalgona Coffee Whip craze First we put it on top of some Bailey’s on ice, and then put it on top of our coffees as our sugar and extra shot. Annnndddd I get it now! You can straight up halve the sugar I hear, and will be trying that next time. But for now I enjoyed every guilty granule and tried really hard not to use this all at once. It wasn’t quite as fluffy for our morning coffees but was still so good. ...
