23.01.2022 Risotto 13 minutes!!! I use whatever I feel like. So this one I skipped the mushrooms and cut a chicken breast thinly, put in raw same time as Thermie asks for mushrooms. Added a handful of peas and corn. Then stirred spinach through once it was cooked. The tip with risotto is to let it sit in your Thermoserver for 5 minutes or so to soak up the liquid. You can also skip the wine and add water instead. Then top with or stir through Parmesan.... No stirring. No over the stove forever. PERFECT everytime. I always meet people that say their Thermie is worth every cent just for the risotto!! **other ingredient you could add Oven baked cubes of sweet potato or pumpkin Bacon, raw or cooked for a little crunch Asparagus-while cooking or laid in the bottum of Thermoserver to soften while risotto sits What do you add?

22.01.2022 Going back to basics and one of our demo dishes. Chicken Veloute has always been one of my faves to show, cook and taste. The flavours are amazing. But best of all its an all-in-one dish. Winning!! Soup cooks in the bottum and some used to turn into the sauce. Vegies in the bucket of Varoma on top, chicken in the tray, I added extra chicken and a few minutes cooking time. The soup is devine. I dont even bother peeling the potatoes but I use clean washed ones.

22.01.2022 No need to guess what I made. Im sure you all know Im pretty popular with the kids after this one! Hint: you know you can make your own condensed milk in your Thermomix?!

20.01.2022 Bechamel Sauce is DEVINE in the Thermie. And the closest yummy one I’ve had to making my own was actually when I was in Italy. No coincidence many restaurants and homes there have a Thermie or three! You don’t have to stand over it and stir. Thermie does all the work. And turns out perfectly every time. It was thick and creamy and way better then any jar you will try. I blitzed more vegies and mixed them just using what was on the list plus whatever I had left over in the fr...idge. Add extra herbs to your taste, I also added a tablespoon of Thermie vegie stock because that gives any meal twice the flavour. A Thermomix makes it soo easy to cook amazing meals and in half the time. Look at this delicious recipe I found on Cookidoo: Lasagne bolognese https://cookidoo.com.au/recipes/recipe/en-AU/r67133

20.01.2022 I joined as a consultant after seeing a Thermomix in action. My sister had one and kept telling me to get one and that Id love it. My husband told me to look at them and have a demo to get one.. My friend was and still is a consultant and always told me I would love one. I had absolutely no interest in them. I always said I would never buy one. Then I saw her greatness in real life! And became a consultant the next day after being home for many years with the babies. I had ...no one interested. I just thought it would be fun to do a few demos and get out of the house. Little did I know Id still be around 3 years later. No one told me Thermomix would take me on all expenses paid trips to Italy, Perth and Vietnam. I also qualified for China in March this year. But hey, we all know what happened to that trip. It was transfered to Uluru. But that also got canned. Thank you Covid . Anyway. Im still here and love being a consultant. I love watching families come together to use Thermie, I secretly love seeing the young kids and teenagers taking over, even the husbands or wives that arent great cooks or dont do it become 5 star chefs! Not to mention the actual chefs who have invested in a Thermie and love them. If you can read you can use a Thermie. My 5yo loves it. I just do most of the reading. She certainly knows the next button!! This was a lovely write up from my team leader. Not bad for just a mum who loves her Thermie! . A HUGE THANK YOU to my family, friends and customers that continue to recommend me. Word of mouth is the best advertising!: A huge congratulations to Hollie Wright who today has just achieved a wonderful milestone and a couple extras . 250 households changed by you with a Thermomix! You are still not able to walk or drive at the moment but your dedication to your customers is second to none. You offer the customer journey and love your customers and they are so loyal to you! Your certainly are Thermie Done Wright Congratulations Legend!

16.01.2022 How cool is this mother and daughter team up in Queensland! LOVE their Thermies of course and how many they have!! But check out the amazing goodies they create and their page! https://www.facebook.com/1651436781735322/posts/2660925264119797/?extid=59g65vJ32ZqOHxel&d=n

16.01.2022 Making pizzas in your Thermie are soo cheap and easy. And everyone gets to have whatever toppings they like. I normally get at least one of the kids wanting to help roll them out. Sometimes it gets them all involved.

16.01.2022 This was AMAZING!! I used fettuccine and added a little cream. I didn’t have asparagus but added cubed zucchini and snow peas. I love being able to just search what ingredients I have on Cookidoo and find a recipe. Then the perfect cooking time is already set! Guided cooking is the best!!... Look at this delicious recipe I found on Cookidoo: Crab linguine https://cookidoo.com.au/recipes/recipe/en-AU/r256154

15.01.2022 Fresh Vegetable Stock Paste smells absolutely devine cooking. And makes your meals taste incredible! This is the first thing you make on delivery of your Thermomix. And it still amazes me each time how Thermie can just munch this much veg in seconds. I must have made this a million times and I still get a kick out of it. I used some vegies that were wilting. It makes no difference to this as it cooks them down to nothing.

15.01.2022 Soo delicious making your own fakeaway. Ready in Half the time and a quarter of the price. Garlic cheesey naan bread. I skip the coriander, add the garlic into the dough so it mixes through. Love how Thermie roasts and mills the spices for the Butter Chicken. Soo good I forgot to take a pic of final product. But the whole family finished their serve and we have plenty of leftovers. Maybe use on our pizzas another night. Perfect boiled rice every time.... Be sure to rinse your rice thoroughly before cooking. I also add a little extra rice and a few minutes cooking time. Look at this delicious recipe I found on Cookidoo: Garlic and coriander naan https://cookidoo.com.au/recipes/recipe/en-AU/r132076 Look at this delicious recipe I found on Cookidoo: Butter chicken https://cookidoo.com.au/recipes/recipe/en-AU/r68552

13.01.2022 Last minute for breaky today they are just soo quick and easy! These are always on rotation in our house! Best pancakes ever. What toppings do you have? Kids had Nutella and strawberries ... Look at this delicious recipe I found on Cookidoo: American-style pancakes https://cookidoo.com.au/recipes/recipe/en-AU/r66932

13.01.2022 My Thermomix is worth every cent when I can smuggle this many vegies in the sauce with no questions asked!! Onion. Garlic. Carrot. Zucchini. Mushrooms. Spinach. Cauliflower. Tomatoes. I could never do it before because nothing else I used would blitz down and be hidden enough for the kids.... I get so much satisfaction when they reach for a second bowl. If they only knew what was actually in it and the hidden goodness And nothing better then making your own sauce #spagbol #hiddenveggies #fresh #nopreservatives #madefromscratch #tm6 #thermomixinaus #thermomix #24monthsinterestfreeonnow #freegiftwithpurchase

13.01.2022 I was the one who said I would never need a Thermomix let alone pay for one. My family and friends raved about them. I still had no intention of ever getting one. I even went out of my way when the subject came up in groups of friends or at an outing to say I would never spend the money on one. The price tag was what put me off even taking a look. But I also didn’t realise even 1/4 of the functions a Thermie could do. Then I saw her in action ... The many things that got me were: The technology/Guided Cooking I couldn’t believe that it told me step by step what to do. The new TM6 is Wifi connected. The recipes literally say what to do from start to finish. Over 60,000 Thermomix recipes to choose from on the screen from Cookidoo our recipe platform. The Weighing I no longer had to have 10 measure cups and bowls out and no scales. The Thermomix weighs as you go. The ease of use If I didn’t want to follow a recipe I could add or take out what ever I didn’t like. Gluten/Dairy/Nut etc Free All these could be eliminated. I have families that can now eat what they want without paying mass amounts in the supermarkets. My young kids could cook!! My eldest were 6&9yo when I got my first Thermie. And they could at that age cook a full meal by themselves. I’ve always said for that alone it’s worth every cent to have the family involved and loving fresh food from scratch they have prepared. My now 6yo who’s in Kindy and reading amazingly well just loves to do it all herself too. No Standing There are soo many meals you can put on and leave Thermie to prepare. Even all-in-one meals. I can now put a meal on and do other chores. I might start dinner then bath kids or fold washing while my Thermomix cooks our dinner! I really love hands free cooking! Everyone is time poor these days. Risotto-13minutes NO stirring The more you use your Thermomix, the more you love them. It’s a different way of cooking for some but it doesn’t take long to enjoy cooking again. It had become a chore for me before getting my Thermomix. I have customers that never even liked cooking, that now with a Thermie send me incredible meals they are making!! BEST INVESTMENT IVE EVER MADE!

13.01.2022 Even making your own Mexican spice in the Thermie tastes much better then the packet one! You must try this. I need to ease up on the chilli flakes the kids think. Adults loved it. 30 seconds to blitz all those amazing herbs down to a fine seasoning!! Then to be able to put the meat in and walk off to shower kids and fold clothes. All the really cool mum jobs . But I used to have to stand by the stove before I got Thermie. Soo much easier.... The best Nachos ever!! I doubled the meat and just added a few minutes on each step. https://skinnymixers.com.au/skinnymixers-mexican-spice-mix/ https://www.recipecommunity.com.au//v0i9hwry-edf25-682501-

13.01.2022 Milo Balls Kids love this snack and I wouldnt attempt them without a Thermomix! A batch made in seconds. Great for an arvo treat or lunch box snack. https://www.recipecommunity.com.au//kn76nqs7-9af78-452978-

11.01.2022 So satisfying hiding all these vegies from the kids. Im the first one to admit mine are terrible with eating vegies. So I always look at what I can blitz them down for. Spaghetti Bol. Fresh Garlic, Onion, carrot, zucchini, spinach, celery, cauliflower. I use whatever I have in the fridge. Add tomatoes on top. Oregano. Whatever herbs n spices you like.... To be able to blitz all this down in 3 seconds. No sugars or preservatives. Winning!! #spag #spagetti #spaghettibolognese #vegitables #vegies #fresh #tm6 #thermomix #thermomixinaus #thermomixinaustralia #hiddenveggies #24monthsinterestfree #giftwithpurchase

09.01.2022 Boiled eggs in the Thermie are soo good. You can set from runny to hard. And they are soo much easier to peel.

08.01.2022 Hands down the best all rounder dessert in the Thermomix. Quick. Easy. Delicious. Crowd pleaser.... I remember a friend telling me years ago she loved making this dessert but it was a whole process from scratch that took a while. Well not with a Thermie its sensational! The fresh Butterscotch sauce is DEVINE! Team it with your homemade ice cream! Look at this delicious recipe I found on Cookidoo: Sticky date pudding https://cookidoo.com.au/recipes/recipe/en-AU/r69104

08.01.2022 Its not often I really cant be bothered cooking. Tonight was one of those nights. I was going to give up when I remembered this dish that Id only recommended a customer to do on the weekend. I know just how quick and TASTY this is. Had all the ingredients. So threw it in, and Thermie did the work. And if you want low carb this one does the cauliflower rice. I wouldnt even bother doing this without a Thermomix 5 seconds I had cauli rice from a fresh cauliflower. And its ...a nice change to boiled rice. Tip: I halve the tandoori paste and skip the chilli. Depends how much you like spice. I also add extra chicken. Just dont go over your max line. It is one of our demo dishes for a reason! 05.01.2022 My 5yo made these cupcakes today. Its soo much easier for her now she is reading and recognising words. Thermie helps in many ways. If you can read you can make anything from scratch with ease using a Thermomix. Apparently these were soo delicious they didnt need icing.... And I still love my cupcake pen. 02.01.2022 Make some Risotto just to do these Arancini balls!! Deeeelicious I use the Mushroom Risotto recipe from the Basic book on Cookidoo. But this one I skipped mushrooms and added the thinly sliced chicken breast, peas and corn. Risotto is better in the fridge cooled first. Grab a scoop of risotto. Flatten in your hand. I add a square of cheese to the middle then enclose with more risotto mixture. Egg wash then choice of crumbs.... I shallow fried these ones on the stove. Omg they were soo good!! Some tell me they air fry and they food also.

01.01.2022 Cheese and Bacon rolls are always devoured by the kids, I do a double batch everytime. You wont buy these again once you make them fresh. Caramel Slice is one of their fave treats. Zucchini Slice is a hit with the big kids. Cut it up for lunch or snacks.... Made all this in one morning. I would never have bothered doing this in one day before Thermie. Zucchini slice is soo easy just throw it all in Thermie does the work then straight in the oven https://www.recipecommunity.com.au//n0i9tblz-73215-057683- https://www.recipecommunity.com.au//txsgeyzs-fae3f-879361- Look at this delicious recipe I found on Cookidoo: Zucchini slice https://cookidoo.com.au/recipes/recipe/en-AU/r79761

01.01.2022 ENDS SOON My fave accessory the Thermomatt is disappearing as the gift with purchase. Dont miss out!! #24monthsinterestfreeonnow

01.01.2022 A friend said to me yesterday after having her Thermomix for 2-3 years, that its the best thing shes ever brought. I laughed and said yes I still feel the same. We went on to talk about what we make that we never used to. And she said soup was her fave thing to do last minute. To be able to throw it in and leave Thermie to do the work. Ive made soup yesterday and today. They are incredible and packed full of goodness. Including the vegie stock we whip up in Thermie thats... full of fresh and amazing flavours. No preservatives or additives. And there is nothing like making your own bread rolls. My kids squealed when they saw them in the oven. They are soo simple and easy to make. They taste nothing like Id ever tried before.
