18.01.2022 Quick pork dumpling stir-fry (with bacon because what doesn't need bacon? ) for my favorite shift worker. 5 kids fed and in bed so now it's time to stop for the night . Kids had chicken mince tacos - chicken thigh minced in the Thermomix and split into 2 lots. 1 Taco seasoned and 1 toddler friendly. Sorry no pics though, they didn't last long enough

05.01.2022 Accidentally left this half full of Icing mixture from yesterday. Sugar, Chocolate and Butter set hard Did you guys know the TM6 sets it's Pre-clean duration based on the resistance on the motor from the blade and how it's been used. When I initially put the function on the timer set itself to 40 minutes! So I stopped it, loosened the mixture quickly with a knife and put it back in. 8 minutes. This is the result - I love this machine!

04.01.2022 Fresh rolls made from scratch ready for the kids this morning. 2 minutes of kneading plus 20 minutes of rising and 15 minutes in to oven

04.01.2022 7 years old and manually cooking with the TM6 - seperated his first egg with his fingers, whipped up egg whites, folded whites in (first time) and licked the spatula (not the first or last time ). He even took a few action shots while I did my bit. Let's see how his upside down pineapple cake comes out

01.01.2022 Using the TM6 for evil this morning - Eggs benedict (no bagels but the roll worked). Fresh Hollandaise sauce made in the Thermomix and Poached eggs done in the Thermomix too - all while making far less interesting breakfast for the kids
