20.01.2022 Morning tea baking with Master 7. Bens Chocolate cookies! He has been nagging to make these all week.... Today was his day to cook & he was very determined to not need any assistance so I let him go. He made them all up until they had to go onto the tray and into the oven, then I took over. He impressed me with following the directions and weighing ingredients. Gotta love guided cooking! 09.01.2022 Sticky Toffee Pudding. Kids have been asking for this dessert since the weekend. I made the mix yesterday but decided not to cook them so they kept on the fridge overnight. Steamed for 30 minutes in dariole moulds.... Another version of sticky date pudding, this recipe has less sugar and I reduce it even more.
