20.01.2022 Well I skipped a couple of days (provided lunch at work - yay! -and a sleep in- oops!) but back to it today. This was very nice, I halved the recipe, left out the onion and possibly over chopped but still very good. Added a few different seeds and the best avocado I’ve ever had (Thankyou Bates supermarket Mortlake!!)
