24.01.2022 There’s a new recipe collection on Cookidoo. 10 new recipes from Sam Wood’s 28 program.

23.01.2022 Exciting news! Purchase a TM6 in November with the option to purchase a bowl, blade and lid set for $99! RRP is $375! And if you are very well behaved you can access either this promotion or the October Meater promotion in the next two days. Send me a message if you want to know more!

21.01.2022 One of the most amazing cakes is the magic bean cake! It is full of fibre, contains hidden vegetables, is gluten free, and is moist and chocolaty! The secret ingredient is a can of red kidney beans! (Tinned white beans will do). I made this for my family recently with a ganache and raspberry jam centre and whipped cream top. Not one of them guessed about the beans! (And we didn’t seem to have any bodily repercussions!) You can find the recipe in the community or in cookidoo.... https://www.recipecommunity.com.au//ypc7sbzq-01eb7-187035- Chocolate bean cake with coconut butter cream frosting https://cookidoo.com.au/recipes/recipe/en-AU/r70368

16.01.2022 There are a few more cooking modes on TM6 today! One is boiled egg mode! No basket required as the blades don’t move. Worked a treat!

03.01.2022 Delicious Curry Chicken We had this chicken curry for dinner tonight. Really delicious! I used thighs in place of legs and macadamia nuts in place of candle nuts. Also threw in dried turmeric in place of fresh and fresh ginger instead of galangal. Be flexible! ... Cookidoo: Curry Chicken https://cookidoo.com.au/recipes/recipe/en-AU/r88416

02.01.2022 Chocolate Volcanos! What a delicious and impressive recipe that is easy to make and chef up! This one is by Dani Valent in her Entertaining with Dani Valent cookbook or on cookidoo. Tips: use good quality dark chocolate, don’t overfill your ramekins, and let them sit at least 5 minutes once cooked before turning them out.... They can be made in advance, uncooked, and left in fridge for two days or the freezer for two weeks. Chocolate volcanos https://cookidoo.com.au/recipes/recipe/en-AU/r119365
