22.01.2022 Happy 4th Birthday to my gorgeous big boy Hudson. Bluey and her friends was the birthday cake request! We hope you had the best day yesterday little fella and that you loved your cake I always said I'd make my kids birthday cakes every year.. and I hope I can keep that promise. 22.01.2022 Indian at home.. oh my god yum. And not gonna lie, I ate left overs at 6.30am for breaky mum life!! This was skinny mixer Quick sweet potato and chicken curry (I changed to pumpkin and chicken - YUM!) Then without washing the bowl, followed the rice cooker mode for basmati rice.. Theeen whipped up some of Lailahs spinach & cheese naan (found as a free recipe on @skinnymixer website!)... 14.01.2022 Such a good dinner for the kiddies (and adults ofcourse!) Is the Apricot Chicken Risotto found on cookidoo. I love that its a one bowl wonder with enough time between to get jobs done! Just what every mum wants to do and dreams about... when to fit the jobs in But by the same time you would finish the repetitive stirring on the stove, you can also bath kids, hang washing, or just sit down and bloody relax like you deserve haha!! Love gaining time back with the thermie.. ce...rtainly one of my favourite things about it. Have you tried this risotto or what's your easy go to?? BONUS ITS FREEZER FRIENDLY!
