23.01.2022 LCHF Creamy Chorizo Sauce Perfect for Zoodles! Very Low Carb - made with green list items (see banting).... OMG this sauce is the bomb! If you are not following LCHF (Low Carb High Fat), you can add one onion (cut in half) and one clove of garlic (peeled) to the first step. If you do this, there is no need to add the onion and garlic powders.... I have made a LCHF chicken stock - that is the stock I've referred to in this recipe... I've linked the recipe in comments, hope you love this one - I sure do! Enjoy !

17.01.2022 Chocolate Frosting - Better than Betty Crocker! I love good frosting on a delicious cake - for me, it makes the cake a winner or not if it has something super yummy on top! 15.01.2022 Cauliflower Rice - a quick, low carb alternative to 'regular rice'. Easy to make - you'll never go back to traditional rice when you realise how easy this dish is to make. Use it as a low carb option, or simply for those times when you are in a hurry! Add your own flavour step such as garlic, ginger, dash of soy or even curry powder in place of the spring onion in this video. ... Get creative... what will you use to flavour your Cauli Rice with??? Share your suggestions in the comments Additional Note - there is no water added when cooking cauliflower rice - cauliflower has enough water content on its own, so there is no need to add water when cooking Cauliflower Rice in your Thermo Mixer....

15.01.2022 I think I'll be having a pretty good play with this!

15.01.2022 Veggie Soup or Chicken & Veggie Soup?? 5 Litres of Soup - using Thermi ! Here is how it's done.... When I was a consultant this question came up so often from my customers, "How do I use the Thermomix to make a really big pot of soup?". Well, here is the answer.... https://youtu.be/NerYUYLlGs8

13.01.2022 Isn't this gorgeous - love making playdough for my Granddaughter too! I might just add another tip to this... When you are finished playing with your playdough - rub a little coconut oil around it before popping it in to the zip lock bag.... It adds life and softness to your playdough, makes your hands feel nice when using the playdough and it smells divine too!

13.01.2022 Brownies with Hidden Zucchini Well, let me say this, yes these still are a "sometimes" food, but isn't it nice to know that if you are going to have it anyway - why not include a serve of vegetables?? You can even use sweetener if you like in place of the sugar and actually make this almost healthy! To be honest, as far as Brownies go, these are not too high in sugar. So there you go, this is a "Healthy Because it Has Zucchini in it Brownie" - LOL!! At least, that is what I t...ell myself when I make this yummy, moist (sorry - I know some people have a problem with that word - but it is moist - sorry again), they are dense and at least it has zucchini in it, delicious chocolate Brownie... Hope you like it! Ingredients:- 200g Dark Chocolate 220g Zucchini - roughly chopped 180g Butter 150g Sugar 2 Eggs 1 Tablespoon Vanilla Bean Paste / Extract 50-60g Cacao 200g Plain Flour 1 Teaspoon Baking Powder 1 pinch salt NOTE: Serve with my "Better Than Betty Crocker Frosting" - I will share the frosting recipe with you tomorrow - you are really going to love this one it is so AH-MAZ-ING-LY yum! Method:- Pre-Heat your oven to 160 degrees celsius - fan forced. Grease and Line a baking dish approx 23cmx16cm. Add Chocolate to the TM Bowl and mill for 2 seconds / speed 7. Transfer the chocolate into a separate bowl and continue. No need to wash your Thermi. Add Zucchini, Butter, Sugar, Eggs and VB Paste to Thermi Bowl and mix for 15 seconds / speed 8. Scrape Down the sides. Add Cacao, Plain Flour, Baking Powder and Salt to Thermi Bowl and mix for 30 seconds / speed 5. Scrape down the sides. Add back the reserved chocolate and mix again on REVERSE / 15 seconds / speed 3.5. Transfer the mixture into your lined baking tray. Smooth out the mixture with a silicon spatula. Bake for approx 35-40 minutes or until an inserted skewer comes out clean - it is far better to slightly underbake brownies rather than overbake, so if you are in doubt - take it out. Allow Brownies to cool completely in tin before icing with my "Better than Betty Crocker Frosting" Slice and enjoy!

Chucked in an onion (peeled and chopped in half) and some celery, chopped on speed 5 for 2 seconds, added a dash of oil and sauted for 3 mins on Varoma, Speed 1. 09.01.2022 Just in case you haven't heard the news.. Here comes the new model - it looks pretty good - thinking I might need to upgrade! Extra Hot Mode (hello caramel/toffee!!), Slow cooker, sous vide, fermenting and wi fi... Looks pretty good to me - look out for lots of "used TM5's" to hit the market - mine included I think! - Note - Edit - apparently "not" a bigger bowl. But looking on-line at oversea's unboxing of TM6 - they look really cool. New MC and steamer basket has a lid too. I'm keen! https://www.youtube.com/watch

06.01.2022 Nutella Scroll - I seriously need to make this one again!! Would you like me to do a video on how to create this Ace Loaf?? Oh my goodness, this is really good ! And what's even better is that it is so easy to make but looks super impressive. Give it a go and let me know what you think ! You can either make your own Hazelnut Spread or use Nutella. It's easy to make Hazelnut Spread with your Thermomix - there are plenty of recipe's on line regarding this so I'll let you find ...your favourite. 400 g plain flour 50 g raw sugar 1 tsp salt 2 Heaped tsp Dried Instant Yeast 120 g water 70 g milk 45 g unsalted butter 1 large egg Nutella Flaked Almonds Add Water, Milk and Butter to TMX Bowl. Mix for 3 mins / 90 degrees / speed 2. Remove lid and allow to cool to 60 degrees. About 5 mins. Add Salt, Flour, Sugar, Yeast and egg. Mix together for 6 seconds / speed 4. Knead for 2 mins / wheat button (interval setting). Dough should come away from sides of bowl. If mixture is a little sticky, add a little more flour, approx. 20g, knead for a further 20 seconds. Transfer dough into a large bowl and cover with cling wrap. Allow to rest for one hour. Once rested, gently push the air from the dough. Place dough on to a ThermoMat or lightly floured bench. Roll out into a large rectangle - approx. 50cm x 30cm and about 1.5cm thick. Spread Nutella all over the dough (if your nutella wont spread, just warm it a little until it is spreadable), sprinkle with Flaked Almonds. Roll tightly into a long log. Place the log onto a baking tray lined with Baking Paper. Using a serrated knife, split the dough down the middle, leaving one end intact. Twist ends around each other, making sure to keep cut side facing up. Cover dough with cling wrap and let sit 20 minutes. Preheat oven to 180 degrees celsius. Brush surface of the bread with an egg wash (optional). Bake for approximately 20 minutes or until Golden Brown. Remove from oven and let cool before serving. Drizzle the top with and Icing Sugar Mixture (approx 1 cup icing sugar and just enough water to disolve - 1 or 2 tbsp - mix for 10 sec / speed 5). Enjoy !

05.01.2022 A little bit of Thermorox history.... Over the past nearly 4 years, as a Thermomix Consultant knowing almost nothing about cooking from the start, my idea's about home cooking have certainly changed ... while on the journey with Thermomix I learnt loads about this awesome machine, the business around it and how to cook really GREAT food from scratch, then as a Team Leader, I found the business taking me away from what was my "authentic me" - I discovered I LOVE supporting my ...customers to know how it's done way more than I loved "selling"... so I found my new driving force - which was actually there all along.... really great food and showing you guys how it's done! Recently I took the life changing step out of Thermomix - WOW! My focus is back on you guys - can you tell?? Hope you are loving the video's? I'm getting better at this each time I create a new one, the learning curve has been really steep!! Please let me know if you like the video's.... and if you feel like it . . . go ahead and "like and follow" the Page to see more!

04.01.2022 Hey there Low Carb peeps... here is a recipe I'm confident you will love!

03.01.2022 Congratulations Gill S.... I'll be in touch shortly... A huge thanks to those of you that entered!

03.01.2022 I've seen this one doing the rounds - wanted to share too because it's just such a great idea and I need to do this!

02.01.2022 Separating Eggs - who knew ??? This is something I learnt today from an Instagram Feed from "thermoholics" - Go Check them out on Instagram and while your there check our Thermorox too :-) ..... You can separate eggs using your Thermomix Lid and the MC.... Just pop the lid over a bowl, put the MC in place and crack the egg on to the lid.... The egg white drops in to the bowl underneath and the yolk stays in place on the lid!!!! That's a new trick for me..... Be wise - just do one at a time so that you don't run the risk of a cracked yolk getting in to your egg whites... but this is way cool don't you think!

01.01.2022 OMG !! Some of these are awesome!
