23.01.2022 **********UPDATE ON SHEILA********* Thanks everyone for your lovely messages of support. Sheila really appreciated them and was more confident going to the Puppy Dentist. Turns out she had to have 4 teeth out but is doing very well and loving being spoiled now she is home. ************************************... Attention please this is a message from Sheila. As most of you know she is our Social Ambassador and meets everyone who comes to the garden. You may notice her less than sparkling attitude in this photo. There is a reason for this. Firstly, she would like everyone to abide by the lock down rules and act responsibly so this can all end quickly because she is missing her visitors and not having any children to play with; Secondly, she is a tad nervous because she has to go to the puppy dog dentist tomorrow and have a tooth pulled out. She is worried her smile may not be up to its usual standard afterwards. However the real issue is she is worried the Puppy Tooth Fairy will not come and she is not sure where to hide her tooth so she doesn't miss out on a well deserved treat (like a new frizbee). So to help our poor Sheila relax can you please suggest the best place to hide her tooth so the Puppy Tooth Fairy can find it!! Maybe you need to ask your dogs to see what they think Sheila should do? Thank you on behalf of Sheila X

17.01.2022 Dear Singing Gardens Customers, We have now transitioned from Covid temporary closure to our usual Winter Break. The garden and tearooms will be closed during Winter to allow us to perform maintenance and allow the garden to rejuvenate in preparation for our Spring Opening in September 2021.... So we hope you enjoy this slower time of year with your friends and family (Covid restrictions permitting) and we will see you again in the Spring! Warm Regards Jan Williams Proprietor

16.01.2022 To all of the mums, step mums, nanas and grandmas whilst this year is a very different and perhaps difficult day to be separated from loved ones we are with you in spirit and wish you all a....

16.01.2022 26th MAY 2021 TEMPORARILY CLOSED - EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY Dear Singing Gardens Customers,... Please note with the current unpredictability around Covid-19 and our closeness to Whittlesea which is a known exposure location, we have decided to temporarily close the garden and tearooms effective immediately as a precaution. We apologise for any inconvenience caused however our main concern is to safeguard the health and welfare of our staff and visitors. IF the situation changes we will advise via this website and our Facebook page otherwise we will follow up with a note about our Winter closure period. We thank you for your loyalty and custom and hope you all stay well during this wintry weather. Best wishes Jan Williams Proprietor

15.01.2022 Just sharing some colour with you all :-) First daffodil, Grandy from the middle of the lawn and yellow helebore from the small garden bed down the back of the property. What's flowering in your garden?

14.01.2022 Dear Singing Gardens Customers Although Covid-19 restrictions have now been eased slightly The Singing Gardens will maintain its usual practise and remain closed over the winter period. I am anticipating reopening on Saturday 5th September 2020 however, this will depend on Covid-19 restrictions at the time and only if the requirements permit us to operate a viable business.... I plan on being open for Sunday 6th September, which is Father's Day and will be serving our traditional roast lunch but only to those with BOOKINGS. Unfortunately our prices will also be increased to reflect the increase price of ingredients, meat in particular. Therefore roast lunches will be priced at $30 per person and dessert will be $15 per person. Other items remain at menu prices with have been capped at 2019 levels for the remainder of 2020. I continue to wish all of our customers a safe and healthy winter period and look forward to seeing you again in the Spring. Warm Wishes Jan Williams Proprietor

12.01.2022 Dear Singing Gardens Customers, Our Winter closure is almost at an end and as you would be aware the Covid-19 situation has not improved and we are currently in the middle of a second wave of virus. As a result we will NOT be opening in September and will NOT be open for Father's Day as we had hoped.... Rest assured we will be reopening as soon as it is possible to do so and in the meantime keep you and your families in our thoughts and prayers. Warm Wishes Jan Williams Proprietor

Put your sore head in the car, don't forget the sunglasses and come up for a coffee and scone...... We have missed you all and are looking forward to seeing you again!! The boring Covid bit...usual precautions will be in place and if you don't feel well please don't visit us until you feel better.

11.01.2022 Hi Everyone, Yesterday was a fantastic Spring day spent out in the garden enjoying the colour and our visiting feathered friends. Here are a few photos from the day and we hope you enjoy seeing what is going on here. There is a special photo at the end of our new mother duck giving her ducklings one of their first swimming lessons so be sure to check it out.... 05.01.2022 A bit of liquid sunshine The Singing Gardens style. Hope you enjoy :-)

03.01.2022 Good morning everyone While the Garden remains closed for winter that doesn't mean nothing has been happening. First of our Hellebores have flowered and we had an up close and personal visit from a couple of King Parrots. Stay tuned for more updates as the garden changes.

02.01.2022 Unfortunately due to Covid restrictions it doesn't look like we will reopen until 2021. We will review the situation as it changes and keep you informed. In the meantime here are a couple of photos of the gardens to get you through.
