11.01.2022 I caught up with Aaron Edwards at his bar Creek & Cella the other day. His mission has been to slowly change the face of beer drinking in across the city. His latest venture Creek and Cella in Leichhardt has been around for around 7 months but he's well known for Bitter Phew in Oxford Street and also Doris and Beryl's Bridge Club & Tea House in Newtown. All fun bars that support the local craft beer industry with real passion and solid hospitality. It certainly gets a from me!

07.01.2022 Caught up with Sam Christie from Longrain Sydney yesterday to chat all things business in hospitality. As if owning 3 restaurants wasn't enough Sam is just about to open Longrain in Tokyo. But it's how he gives back that's most inspiring. Sam is an ambassador for StreetSmart Australia he's on the board for Underbelly Arts and is a judge for the Appetite for Excellence awards.
