25.01.2022 We are going to start a series of posts called 'demythifying stereotypes', as a way of speak up and explain things about #spanishgastronomy as they really are. .... We will start with one of the big ones: #churros with chocolate are not a dessert. They are actually totally the opposite.. they are one of the most important traditional BREAKFAST in #Spain! (specially those days that you go out, party all night and finish just when the churros places open. That's what we called a win-win relationship ).
