For the holiday makers, make sure you head to The Oyster Farm Shop on the American River jetty for fresh oysters, whiting, hot chippies and a cold beer. Remember, for any month with the letter 'r' in its name, you're good to go with oysters. Anyone arriving in May want to change their booking??

11.01.2022 A lovely recent review from our guest Michelle...."We stayed for 5 wonderful nights in the Terraces and really enjoyed our stay. The view from our room was spectacular and the room was very comfortable and equipped with everything we needed. The only thing I didn't find was a washing machine room. We were out and about all day but to get back to our room around dinner time and enjoy the view, just topped our days off. Highly recommended for those wanting self contained units and stunning ocean views. Thank you Kay and Bel Atkins." Thank you so much!

"We stayed four nights at The Terraces and loved every minute of our break. The accommodation is very clean and tidy meeting all our needs. The location at american River is beautiful and is a convenient base point to access all the other wonders on the island. It was extremely refreshing to deal with the owner (Bel) who provided fantastic customer service. She was very responsive to our questions and kept us informed along the way.
