24.01.2022 Today we hit 1000 followers on Facebook Who would have thought 2020 could be such an amazing year for The Tone Bar. I am super grateful for having such a beautiful bunch of clients who support us , from sharing and commenting on our posts, to check-ins, reviews and referring your friends and family..... This doesn't go unnoticed... This alone has made the salon what it is today and I thank every single one of you ... And of course it wouldn't be the same without Brooke and Nikki... You guys came into my life at the exact right time and you've completed the salon. Each of us are so different but that's what makes The Tone Bar so wonderful .... You follow the link to securely store your card details and this in turn secures your appointment. You are also made aware of our strict cancellation policy. If you cancel within 48hrs of your appointment you are charged 50% the cost. ... If you are a no show it is 100% charge. Booking an appointment is an agreement of these terms, no ifs, no buts. 02.01.2022 PLEASE READ We would like to bring a few things to your attention. ~ We've had a cancellation at 6.15pm Tuesday for a colour with Nikki... Last one for the year! ... ~ In light of the recent restrictions tightened once again we ask clients just follow a few rules over the next 2 days. If you have been to the Northern Beaches recently please cancel your appointment ASAP. We apologise but this can not be taken lightly. DO NOT BRING OTHER PEOPLE TO YOUR APPOINTMENT. We understand it's school holidays but this includes children. You will be turned away. Please sanitize your hands on entry. Our dispenser in right in front of you when you walk in. Please work with us on this one, we don't want this situation getting any worse than it is already.

01.01.2022 Just a little housekeeping this fine Thursday 1. A few months ago we introduced our booking fee for colour appointments. This $50 deposit secures your appointment.... This needs to be paid when you make your booking either over the phone or via the link online. This fee (that comes off your total, it's not an extra charge!) secures your appointment. We have a wait list for certain appointment slots as the week goes by so to keep your spot you need to pay the fee... No...t tomorrow, not the next day.... When you book. 2. As per our cancellation policy, we do require 48 hours notice of a cancelled or rescheduled appointment. While we understand certain things arise at short notice and these things will be taken into account, fees may apply, particularly in the event of a complete no show. (please refer to cancellation policy) 3. We have had a slight price increase as of this month. This is reflective of the increases in cost of product etc absorbed in the last 12 months. If you have a budget please chat to us as we are more than happy to help in that regard and work out what we can do to fit that budget. 3. If you have booked until the end of the year, please check and double check your dates /times as there will be no room to move as our books are filling up now so we will be fully booked before we know it! 4. One person per appointment please. These are still uncertain times so we need only the person having their hair done in the salon. Much love! The Tone Bar Team

You may never EVER get to the last pic before your hair snaps off It is not your hairdressers fault your hair is brassy if you are going from black to blonde, it's not your fault either. You're not unique if your hair throws warmth... Everyone's hair is warm when going lighter. ... We are at the mercy of your hair with how it lifts and how much it can take... So patience is a must! BUT at The Tone Bar we like to take the time to help you understand the process, after all, you don't know what you don't know and if your previous stylist hasn't taken you through it before then you can be left disappointed. Thank you to all of our beautiful clients who listen and respect us and their hair and put their trust in us. We do and always will have your best interest at heart ... Sometimes it just takes time
