24.01.2022 Our current Coffee of the Month is a Honey processed coffee from a small farm in El Salvador Jorge Alberto Recinos owns a 3-manzana farm called Buena Fe, where he grows Pacas and Pacamara variety coffee. Responsibilities will include cooking food orders (mainly toasties) and some baking for the cafe e.g. muffins, banana bread, cookies. If interested, come past and introduce yourself.
