20.01.2022 To all our beautiful gym members and clients. Sorry it has taken a while for this announcement. It’s been a crazy and heart breaking week. We would like to let everyone know that all current memberships have been put on hold, this includes our visit pass cards also. Any clients who have prepaid personal training sessions will be contacted directly in regards to this matter. If anyone has direct debits, they have all been cancelled as of Monday this week. If anyone has organ...ised their own direct debits - please cancel this. We have big plans WHEN we reopen.. when this will be, we aren’t sure...Where will this be, somewhere as close as possible. Because of unavoidable circumstances, we have no choice but to vacate our premises. Unfortunately due to the covid-19 situation and ZERO relief or funding to assist us, we have been left in a very horrible position. Firstly, we would like everyone to know we will be back!! Secondly, we would like to thank everyone who has reached out to us and for all the love and support we have from everyone. Your loyalty is most certainly keeping us going. Keep moving. Stay positive

11.01.2022 Friday home work out 15 bridges 15 single leg bridges (on each side) 15 single leg elevated bridges (can use a chair, coffee table or fit ball for this)... 15 donkey kicks (on each side) 30 alternating lunges 30-45 seconds squat pulses (if you break your squat - 5 burpees each rest please ) 15 side lunges (on each side) REPEAT 3 ROUNDS Incorporate weight if you have any and where you can manage. 02.01.2022 To our dear gym family, As you probably know the restrictions due to covid-19 are slowly being eased and part of that is the reopening of gyms. As for our personal situation with The Train Station Health and Fitness Academy, we unfortunately had no choice but to vacate the premises and close the business because of covid and many others issues it caused for us. A situation which left us heart broken. ... We will be contacting all members and clients individually to better explain our situation re future plans, those with existing membership, etc within the week. But as for The Train Station Health and Fitness Academy on Crittenden Rd, this is one chapter that has had to come to an end. Please feel free to contact us personally with any questions or queries. 01.01.2022 Attention everyone! As according to the rules and regulations we are allowed to conduct outdoor sessions with a maximum of 10 ppl. We will be looking at doing this, starting this Saturday the 28th of March at 9:30am for 30 minutes. $10 pp at the park behind the gym (right near titanium stadium) - ask for further details if required. ... We will be abiding the covid-19 rules and regulations. Take your name to secure your spot. First in best dressed. We will PM you once you have been secured. If numbers are over 10, we will look at doing another session straight afterwards
