With my laptop and printer, I can sit at your kitchen table and go over your booking with you to give you peace of mind that any booking errors have been caught early. 04.01.2022 With the baby boomer generation into retirement, the inevitable request from the parental units to help with their travel requirements occurs. If your struggling with time constraints or simply unable to help them, give me a call, I’ll help your parents complete the cruise check in, airline seat selection, I’ll check their booking for common travel errors and I’ll also check what visas are required if they are travelling internationally. Lastly, I can print their documents for them and make sure you also have all copies of their travel details.

01.01.2022 The service I offer is designed to help those people with little to no computer or internet experience. To start with I will check your booking documents to confirm all names and travel date information are correct as per your passport and travel requirements. I will complete airline seat selection, online checkins and shore tour booking forms for you, I will advise as per your travel itinerary if you may require visas for your trip, and help complete applications for the req...uired countries. I will be able to provide a physical document service for you where applicable. This can either be done as a postal service to you or I will be able to travel to your residence and print documents on site for you. If I uncover problems related to your booking, it may be possible for me to act on your behalf in contacting your booking agent to get these errors corrected. If there are changes that you require to be made to your booking, I will also be able to contact your agent to organise these changes. Please be aware that my potential clients will not be booking directly through me, but as your Travel Liaison, I will be able to provide you the best support service for your trip.
