24.01.2022 This role involves leading a young and energetic team committed to the pursuit of excellent customer service and experience. This fast paced cafe environment revolves around a high quality food and coffee offering in a warm and inviting atmosphere. Therefore, the suitable applicant will be responsible for ensuring outstanding customer service standards are met, in terms of timely service and excellent finished product. The FOH Manager will be responsible for opening/closing the shop, ordering, stock control/stock management, presentation/internal aesthetics, hygiene/cleanliness/OSH standards and managing staff breaks. They will also of course be the main contact for receiving customer feedback and addressing such feedback generously and professionally.
