18.01.2022 It’s a very very wet Thursday here, with flash flooding and blocked roads! Rainy weather means crafting. Here’s a card I created late last night - I really like how it came out! At first I thought I hated the background, but after about an hour I looked at it again and loved it this is a common occurrence for creators, I think. This bright and bold Thank You card is available for purchase! I can also make these custom with your custom colour choices. I used my distress inks and stamps to achieve this blended look! Inspired to use my inks a bit more thanks to my dear friend and crafting sister @rowie_1968

16.01.2022 2020 seems to be year of the babies! Here’s a cute neutral owl baby card I made this week available for purchase! This card features patterned papers, an embossed panel with sentiment, hand-coloured 3D mounted owl, washi tape and a wooden button.

12.01.2022 I can’t believe this week is already halfway...it’s been crazy for us the last 2 weeks. I’ve been using my downtime at night to try to relax and that means craft. Here’s another recent make of mine - using my #distressinks and stamping to create this encouragement card. Available for purchase

08.01.2022 The first page done in my #worldsofwonder colouring book by @johannabasford - I attempted to make the dome look metallic, but need to keep practicing that technique. I really enjoyed using my beautiful new #polychromospencils on this. The smooth blendability and great colour range makes colouring so enjoyable. I am looking forward to adding more colours to my collection and experimenting with more colour combos!

06.01.2022 Floral Flourish Friday! Sharing another card I made this week with you - a technique I haven’t tried before, using embossed panels which I 3D mounted with a peekaboo pattern underneath and a little sentiment circle another technique to continue experimenting with!

02.01.2022 Our household has been struck down with a stomach bug these past few days - so I decided that colouring is the best medicine! Latest WIP from #worldsofwonder let’s hope this bug is out of our systems by tomorrow

01.01.2022 Nearly finished my colouring pagehere’s the difference between coloured with no black shading/shadowing (left half) and using my black pencil to add in dimension and shading (right half). Amazing the difference it makes! My paper got a bit buckled due to my toddler knocking my water bottle all over my nice new colouring book and pencils last week a few pages sustained damage but I can still use them thankfully!
