07.01.2022 Little Lilly is such a blessing ! This girl is the smoochiest - lovely ball of gentle fur bliss I have ever encountered. A perfect example of a diligent owner and a cat that has come to love her grooming. Purrs and head butting all the way through!!

06.01.2022 This is handsome Tom!! Tom is a perfect example of how important it is to groom our beautiful older cats. Tom is 20! When he came to Kitten Caboodle he was greasy (common with older cats) - and matted with dead undercoat - in very uncomfortable places (which he can’t groom, and his mum can’t either because he is a bit grumpy about being brushed and sore from arthritis and old age) He was a bit annoyed and hissy at the start but with some gentle warm bathing amd massaging ...in the bath- and soft vacuum clipping done above the skin to reduce feeling of clippers on his body, he was a NEW man. His whole attitude changed and he was purring and coming for cuddles - rather than being nervous and growly. Older cats NEED grooming. Often we neglect them because we think they ll be too scared or stressed out to be groomed. This is a myth and many people wait until they are REALLY matted which makes the whole process MORE difficult ! It’s better to come regularly and do small / gentle grooms and tidies to stay on top of the problems. Mobile grooming is a perfect solution for these cats.
