24.01.2022 Animal Communication the things they say! I have had some of my funniest conversations with animals, they have such a way with words! My favourite thing they do, is make up words up for things because they don’t know what they’re called. Maple, our rescue black cat likes to be lifted up to see into the microwave, she calls this the ‘Dinner TV’. She also calls my long pendant crystal necklaces her ‘Mystic Biscuits’ because she likes to bite them when I bend down to stroke h...er. This week, I have been blessed to be busy with a lot of animal clients and they have come out with some great ‘isms’. My favourite was Ava, one of my regular dogs talking about the ‘Spaceships’ in the sky. I asked her owner if the flight paths had picked up traffic in the area, and yes there had been a lot of helicopters flying over that she had taken an interest in watching. Mostly, I just love their tone and how they talk about things. Each animal has their own little voice and personality; when they finally have a channel to communicate, all sorts flood through. I have to sensor secrets or cheeky comments sometimes, pets tell me things in confidence and then I get told off for telling their owners things that were said in jest! I’m so lucky that my clients understand that they don’t always need to book sessions for their pets when they are sick. Sometimes, it’s just to enjoy feeling closer with them by understanding their animals better while they are energetically realigned. It’s such a privilege being invited into your worlds if only for a moment, to help bring you all a little closer. We laugh, we cry, we heal, it’s so beautiful and I’m so blessed to be able to work doing what I love every day! 12.01.2022 Well the only way to describe that New Moon was, biblical. What utter hot trash! After returning from Adelaide my partner and I got ‘the sniffles’ and we all know that the NT (quite rightly so) are like a fly on shit with the sickly folk. So Friday 13th in the dreaded year of 2020 we’re carted off for Covid Testing and put into isolation. Don’t fret boys and girls, we are perfectly healthy, nothing to worry about! Voldemort-19 did not tap us with his wicked stick!... During our brief isolation, Telstra decided to gift us the joy of no internet and the air con decided to shit itself in 33c heat. I’m not going to lie, I threw a tanty and felt a bit sorry for myself. Ahh the joys of experiencing first world problems! The best part of the experience though was hearing my partner say: ‘at least we got through it together’ - swoon! Switching off, or rather being abruptly cut off, was quite pleasant. It gave me time to get my cook on with some extremely healing ingredients. I sat and read my grimoire, dabbled in apothecary research and dreamed about how to spread my wings in 2021. Them lot upstairs have been trying to keep me rather disconnected from the collective soup during the 11/11 portal. I had received spiritual voicemail on more than one occasion. As frustrating as this was, there was a direct need to ground and be in our own energy frequencies for this period. Back to it this week though and super excited to say the least! Only a few more break-downs, I mean weeks... until Christmas. Tread carefully though magical beauties, we’re entering into eclipse season and we all know how fun these times are!
