Here's a recap of Septembers Newsletter: Whats happening at UYC during September....... UNION IS TURNING ONE can you believe it's been a whole year since we opened our doors! There are some special things coming up but you'll have to be in the studio or following us on instagram and facebook to find out ! Please note the studio will be closed for entire day on Thursday the 17th of September for some Spring revitalisation - operation will be as normal as of Friday the 18th. With the onset of Spring there will be a few changes to the timetable at Union: - I (Anna!) will be taking over the Wednesday 6am Vinyasa Flow again.The Wednesday Slow Flow is now at 9.30am. - Thursday 9.30am Mobility has been moved to 4.30pm. - Friday 6.30am Pop Up Vinyasa will finish up at the end of August. - We will welcome Brant as a teacher in the studio, he will be taking over Tuesday 5.45pm Vinyasa Flow on a trial basis. - In case you werent sure, the Fun Friday 5pm Flow is included in your membership package. If you are on a 10 or 20 visit pass however, you can pay $10 in cash for this class to avoid using one of your passes. Advance Your Asana - Grow With The Flow is Sunday September 6th and will focus on Pranayama - the control and extension of life force through our breath. A new monthly class Family Yoga will commence in September - For Bigs Kids and their Little Kids. A gentle reminder to please remove your shoes at the door and to switch your mobile phone to silent at the start of class. Please continue to bring your own equipment to the studio to practice on and please do not come to class if you are feeling unwell.
