Also if you wear waterproof mascara, discontinue use at least 3 days before your appointment. Waterproof mascara can cause a lot of build up on your lashes. .... *Limit Caffeine consumption on the day of your appointment to avoid unwanted, jitters of the eyes and restlessness. . *If you are a contact wearer, please remove them prior to your appointment. . *Come on time.
