17.01.2022 LEGENDS ALERT Wrapping up the first Yin TT in 8 months yesterday @bodymindlife was bittersweet moment .. we were done - the dive had been sooo deep emotionally and spiritually and all the intellectual downloads were complete BUT I was resisting to break a beautiful group synergy after so long under the intense experiences we have had to navigate of late in the world ..as it was a privilege and a joy to BE with a beautiful group of explorers holding the qualities of YI...N whether they were in a pose / having lunch / interacting with each other or navigating their own inner landscapes .. curious ~ patient ~ accepting ~ kind ~ tolerant ~ willing ~ respectful and LOVING ... sooo generous and loving CONGRATULATIONS You are 50 hrs further along this lifelong yoga path but richer for it in so many different ways and my heartfelt thanks to out to you today for choosing to be in that synergy the last five days .. ( ... and all the coffees / brownies / wine / chocolate / soaps / cards / posts / comments and help throughout the week that touched my more than you know!) NOW ~ spread the YIN far and wide through your own filters in your unique way Rest up a little bit - hydrate - and definitely celebrate YOU! She has trained with some of the worlds most respected teachers of yoga, energetics, and bodywork.
